For over 20 years CETC has been delivering highly successful structured learning programmes for CIPFA’s professional accountancy syllabus and more recently other qualifications – Postgraduate Diploma in Public Finance and Leadership, and the International Certificate and Diploma in Public Sector Accounting and Audit.

CETC courses are focussed on helping students succeed in CIPFA's assessments. Where open learning material is provided the courses complement and enhance CIPFA’s study guides. CETC's trainers are experienced professionals who progress through the materials emphasising the key learning points and discussing the demanding elements in further detail with courses typically featuring an intensive mix of lectures, workshops, tutorials, discussions and exam question practice.

Courses are offered at five easy to reach locations – London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Cardiff. CETC also runs in-house CIPFA courses in conjunction with the Department for Work and Pensions in Leeds, which students from other organisations can potentially join.
