Full day rate
A full day rate will be charged for meetings starting at 9.00am and finishing
at 5.00pm. Where meetings start mid morning and finish mid-afternoon a full
day rate will be charged.
Half day rate
A half day rate will be charged for meetings between 9.00am and 1.00pm, and
between 1.30pm and 5.30pm.
Evening Meetings
Evening meetings from 5.30pm will be charged for at a half day rate.
Discounts
A 15% discount of the room hire rate is applicable to CIPFA members. Please
note that the CIPFA member must be attending the meeting for the discount
to be given. If there is more than one CIPFA member attending the meeting
only one discount will be given.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Virtually any equipment can be provided and we will be pleased to discuss your requirements in advance, to ensure that it is available.
All the prices quoted below are exclusive of VAT and are per half day.
