Full day rate
A full day rate will be charged for meetings starting at 9.00am and finishing at 5.00pm. Where meetings start mid morning and finish mid afternoon a full day rate will be charged.
Half day rate
A half day rate will be charged for meetings between 9.00am and 1.00pm, and between 1.30pm and 5.30pm.
Evening Meetings
Evening meetings from 5.30pm until 9.30pm will be charged for at a half day rate. Meetings finishing later than 9.30pm will be charged for at a full date rate. Please note that there will be a charge of £78 for meetings that finish later than 7pm, as additional security is required.
Discounts
A 15% discount of the room hire rate is applicable to CIPFA members. Please note that the CIPFA member must be attending the meeting for the discount to be given. If there is more than one CIPFA member attending the meeting only one discount will be given.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

The equipment listed below is included in the room hire charge. If you require anything else this can be provided at an additional charge.
