Conference Room

Situated on the ground floor, this air-conditioned room is ideal for seminars and lectures.

The Conference Room is a modern-looking room but the beautiful and original Adam style fireplace and ceiling give an elegant touch, which means it can also be used for more formal board and committee meetings.

It is also very popular for training courses especially those that involve training on computers as it has the appropriate sockets to take a number of them.

This room is perfect for reception drinks when holding a dinner or lunch in the Council Chamber as this room is directly above.

They say first impressions last and this can truly be said for the Council Chamber. You will find this room on the first floor and you will be struck by the sheer elegance. It lends itself very well to board meetings, training events and is particularly appropriate for formal dinners.

The Institute holds the Annual CIPFA Past President’s Dinner here each year and the grandeur of this room adds to the splendour and success of this event. Although it is a relatively large room, smaller meetings can also be held here due to the flexibility of our furniture.




Room 4

This is the jewel of No.3 Robert Street. This beautiful, light and airy room is situated on the 4th floor with an amazing view overlooking the Thames (see picture here). The events that have been held in this room range from normal committee meetings to launches, seminars, wine tastings and coin auctions. For a lunch or dinner, informal or formal, this is the ideal location.

During the day you have the magnificent views of the Thames, Big Ben and The London Eye, and by night you have these illuminated, making the whole scene even more spectacular. Our smallest room situated on the Mezzanine level. This is ideal for a breakout room or interviews, brainstorming sessions and smaller meetings.

Not very many venues have a room on this scale for those occasions when you want an attractive room at a prestigious venue but do not want to pay costly room hire rates. You will find the charge for this room very competitive.
