PrintAttendance of Council Members and others at Council, Board and Committee meetings during 2008/2009
The chart below shows the attendance performance of Council members at meetings of which they were a member during the period June 2008 to June 2009. This also includes the attendance of -
- Cooptees - on MSDB, PFMB and International Strategy Board;
- Regional Chairs or their representatives on the Board for the Regions;
- Non-exec directors of IPF Ltd, which is also the Commercial Services Board;
- Nominees from IPF Ltd onto the Group Audit Committee;
- The ICAEW member of the Group Board; the ICAEW Observer on the Institute Council.
The International Strategy Panel was given Board status in September 2008; the chart only shows attendance figures since that time.
The Institute’s President and Vice-President also attend as many board and committee meetings as their diaries allow, in an ex-officio capacity.
It should be noted that members of the Institute Council may also be members of Panels and working parties and on regional councils, attendance at which is not shown here, in addition to the ‘day-job’.
