Booking Form
There are three ways to place a booking for the exhibition:

- Download a PDF of the booking form (71KB)
- Request a hard copy of the Exhibition Prospectus (contains a booking form)
Online Booking Form Guidance Notes
Please complete and submit this form, showing all your promotional requirements, when making your application for stand space. No application for stand space will be considered unless accompanied by a deposit payment of 25% of your first choice stand cost.
Cheques for the deposit should be made payable to FSF Limited and must be send immediately after submitting the online application form. Invoices will be issued for the balance for the exhibition space, sponsorship, mailings and promotions.
Allocation is on a first come first served basis, so early booking is advised.
Once completed, and before submitting, this form should be printed for your reference.
