Qualifications for public sector auditors and accountants in transition economies
CIPFA’s International Certificate and Diploma in Public Sector Accounting and Audit is a specialist education and training programme adaptable to local circumstances. The programme is having great success in countries across eastern Europe, where we work with the Centre of Excellence in Finance, and also in southern Africa.
