Book now for 2009 CIPFA in Wales·Cymru annual conference Leading Wales: Preparing for the Future is the theme of the 2009 CIPFA in Wales·Cymru annual conference on 18-19 November in the Vale of Glamorgan. Dame Gill Morgan, Permanent Secretary, Welsh Assembly Government is set to open the conference, which will explore how local innovation and a proactive public sector with a willingness to change can lead Wales out of the recession.
