Big Society: commissioning with the third sector
What is David Cameron’s ‘Big Society’ and what does it mean for public service delivery? Level two in the CIPFA and IDeA programme of training for public sector commissioners and finance staff will consider the new policy agenda and explore the practical issues involved in enabling effective engagement with the community, voluntary, charitable and social enterprise sectors.
