CIPFA and KPMG have launched the third year of their Value for Money (VfM) indicator benchmarking service, for collection of 2008/2009 data. HM Treasury’s report on the Operational Efficiency Programme published earlier this year recommends all public sector organisations should collect and report against these indicators.

Managing successful programmes
Managing Sucessful Prgrammes (MSP™) is the latest addition to CIPFA Northern Ireland's accredited training portfolio. The course helps participants build the strategic level skills they need to deliver effective public sector programme management. The first MSP training will take place from 7 to 11 September in Belfast.
