Ann Widdecombe to address CIPFA Wales annual dinner
The Rt Hon Ann Widdecombe MP is confirmed to give the after dinner address at the 2009 CIPFA Wales·Cymru Conference. Ms Widdecombe will speak on day one of this two day event on 18-19 November in the Vale of Glamorgan. Dame Gill Morgan, Permanent Secretary, Welsh Assembly Government will give the opening presentation.

Excellence in sustainability in the public sector CIPFA is supporting a new award to recognise sustainability in the public sector, launched as part of the Building Public Trust Awards. The winner will be announced at a reception on 21 October in London, where Steve Freer, CIPFA Chief Executive, will participate in a panel discussion examining the future of sustainability reporting. |
