When using the Student Learning Centre it is important to note the following:

• Students must not change their User Name, only the password should be changed. Students who have changed their User Name from that set originally have created  duplicate accounts and may find that some of the modules they have purchased or have assigned to them are not viewable.  Over the next week, we will be emailing students who have a duplicate account to let them know which account they should use and ensure all the modules they have purchased or have been assigned are on the right account. 
• To launch and view the study sessions the internet Pop up blocker should be turned off.  To do this, select 'Tools' on your internet browser, highlight 'Pop-up blocker' .  If the pop-up blocker is enabled you will be given the option to 'Turn off pop-up blocker'.  Click on this option. 
• If you have already registered with CIPFA and have a Student Contact Number you must use the 'Log In' link to the Student Learning Centre.  Do not use the 'New Users' link or  the 'Register' link as these are for students who are not yet registered with CIPFA.
•  Any student who cannot view their modules or launch them should email - etis@cipfa.org
