Dear Student,

Today as you know has been the launch of the Student Learning Centre.
Although we are very much open for business we have had an unprecedented number of enquiries from phone, email and fax.

We are doing our up-most to respond to these enquiries, but would be grateful if you could bare with us.

There are some common queries which thought would be useful to respond to:

• Registered students are NOT required to make a registration payment.  Where prompted for registration subscription fees this relates to new students only. Currently registered students should click on the LOG ON link in the Student Learning Centre section of the CIPFA website.
  
  
• If your employer is sponsoring you for your registration and/or/ study guides where you are prompted to make personal please ignore the personal payment details, and speak to your training manager or CIPFA representative in your organisation, they will have a Employer Code, if they do not please get them to send an email to Jason.webber@cipfa.org to request one and where you want the invoice sent. A separate communication has gone to sponsoring employers on this matter.
  
  
• A CD-Rom version of the learning content for each of the modules and the respective pass cards will be despatched mid/late February for registered students.
  
  
• For students that have already paid for Open Learning Material please contact the ETIS Helpline (Etis@cipfa.org or 0207 543 5678), who will arrange to have the modules allocated to your student record as soon as possible.
