| Several students have contacted us about the process for entering for exams.
When you purchase a module on the Student Learning Centre, the exam entry fee is included in the price. You still need to complete the exam entry form where you select your preferred date and location to sit. To confirm your exam entry:
- Purchase a module
- Go to My Modules and ‘view’ the module you are planning to sit
- When the module appears, scroll down the page until you get to the location where you wish to sit:
e.g. FR exam CIPFA Liverpool
- Click on ‘View Instances’
- Module name and the location will appear along with the two dates. Select your preferred date by clicking on ‘Request’
You will receive an email confirming the date and venue.
If you are re-sitting an exam and/or have purchased the old hardcopy open learning material, which did not include the exam fee, you will need to pay for the exam.
DO NOT use this method if you have purchased your modules via the Student Learning Centre.
- Go to Catalogue and select ‘search’ (the exemption box is set at none required)
- Scroll down the page (using the scroll bar on the inner right hand side) until you find the exam resit options:
e.g. Exam Re-sit: Audit and Assurance
- Select the exam re-sit option (even if you are sitting for the first time)
- In the ‘shopping cart’ check the details of your purchase then click ‘next’
- Enter your account details
- Enter payment details and ‘submit payment’
- Go back into my modules & you will see the re-sit you have just purchased
- Open & select venue & date
You will receive an email confirming your payment
Last date for entering for the June exams is 28 March
Reminder: Please do not change your username as this can lead to duplicate accounts and your previously purchased modules disappearing!
