CETC South East will be playing host to a celebratory lunch and award ceremony on Wednesday 7th May intended to formally honour the outstanding achievements of Andrew Cummings, winner of this years John Sandbach Memorial Prize.
Andrew, who is employed by Waltham Forest LBC and studied at CETC South East, successfully completed his Diploma in June 2007, achieving a fantastic set of results.
The John Sandbach Memorial Prize is awarded annually to the CETC student who has achieved the highest overall marks at the diploma level of CIPFA’s Professional Qualification. This prestigious prize was conceived as a tribute to CIPFA member and Chair of the CETC Governing Body John Sandbach, who sadly passed away in 2003.
The CIPFA Education and Training Centre would like to extend our congratulations to Andrew on his excellent achievement and wish him every success in the future.
