The programme of Reform for public services has been clearly set out and the priority now is all about implementation and delivery. This will be challenging especially given the current public spending environment.
So, how is it going so far?
The CIPFA conference will provide an analysis of progress to-date, outline current issues and identify priorities and what needs to be done for the Programme for Government to succeed.
