Following the loss of two CDs containing the personal details of all recipients of Child Benefit in the UK, the Chancellor commissioned the Poynter Review which Marcus Robinson, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, led. Marcus will discuss the conclusions of the review and put forward a simple set of guiding principles that can be used to drive the relationship between organisations and their customers, including key responsibilities around data
