PrintAccounting and Auditing Standards Update available online
With the changes in frameworks for financial reporting and audit in the UK public benefit sector it is increasingly important to be aware of standards developments.
These webpages already include a 'New Standards' page, which provides information on individual consultations, exposure drafts and final standards.
These will now be supplemented with briefings prepared for CIPFA’s Accounting and Auditing Standards Panel. These provide an overview of standards and consultations issued, and also comment on whether matters are sufficiently relevant to the public benefit sector to warrant formal comment from CIPFA.
