Interested in becoming a member of the financial management panel?
The panel is looking for new members currently working at a senior finance level in the health, social housing and central government sectors. Academics interested in this field would also be a valuable addition to the panel.

Members of the panel are asked to contribute to developing CIPFA’s thinking on key financial management issues that apply across the whole of the public services. The panel focuses on the principles of financial management and driving improvement in what is a key corporate discipline.

Evaluating Partnerships: An Overview and Compendium of Approaches (2009)
Partnership working is now an established feature for the delivery of public services, with public bodies working together and also with business, community groups and the voluntary sector. In this report, evaluation is discussed under three aspects – behaviours, performance and value for money. It will help partnerships and their parent partners develop evaluation approaches and methods to inform future development and improvement.
