Treasury Management Guide
This guide provides a brief overview of treasury management for housing associations.  It specifically aims to support Board Members or those Members who have responsibility for overseeing and establishing an appropriate risk framework for the treasury activity.  This guide is not a practitioner’s guide but it may be helpful to those new to the sector and Treasury Management.  Attached at the end of this guide is a Checklist for Members, which summarises the key risks which the Board will need to ensure are adequately addressed as part of their overall approach to treasury management.

Panel Name
CIPFA’s RSLs Panel has adopted the name Housing Association Panel to better reflect the organizations it aims to assist.  The Panel will also be working more closely with CIPFA’s Local Authority Housing Panel on matters of common interest. 

CIPFA’s Cash Flow Statement Toolkit for Practitioners in RSLs
