CIPFA's Technical Panels
CIPFA panels are the engine-room for influencing governments’ and regulatory bodies’ policies and generate new ideas to help CIPFA provide services to members and the accountancy profession; and report to the Institute’s Public Finance and Management Board.
CIPFA takes great pride in the fact that the membership of these panels includes not only many of its Members, but also influential practitioners from a range of other relevant backgrounds. The Panels are constituted in such a way that they represent a variety of perspectives and interests from their particular subject area or sector.
Members of staff in the Policy and Technical Directorate provide administrative and technical support to the panels.
