What are the benefits of membership?

By joining the PMPA you are:

Demonstrating your support for the values of the PMPA and its work to promote public management, public policy and better public services.

Joining a network of like-minded people developing public policy, managing public services and studying how they can be improved. The network stretches across the public sector and also includes private and voluntary organisations delivering public service and academics working in public administration and public management disciplines.

Gaining access to a range of benefits, including invitations to lectures, discussion groups and seminars and high-quality publications on the issues of the day. 2007 events included a lecture by Sir Gus O'Donnell on the future of the civil service, a discussion seminar on leadership in local government and a series of workshops on "evidence-based policy making".
