CIPFA has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site; www.cipfa.org.uk.
Our online Shop uses a secure server. Any information associated with your account is strictly between you and CIPFA. We do not share your information with other companies. We are certified by thawte as a valid internet business. Your credit card number is encrypted before it is sent across the internet. We do not store your encrypted credit card information. This is why you will need to enter your card number every time you make an online purchase with us.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitors contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Users may opt in and out of receiving specific mailings by managing their mailing preferences via the CIPFA preference Centre. All electronic mailings sent out by CIPFA provide direct links to the preference centre as well as the option to opt out of ALL electronic mailings. See the CIPFA Preference Centre section below.

The CIPFA Preference Centre

CIPFA operates an online preference centre that enables users to opt in and out of electronic mailings and newsletters, according to the CIPFA themes. All mailings sent to you via email will contain a direct link to the preference centre, where you can amend your preferences and choose to opt out of all future electronic communications from CIPFA.
