Neil has been at the European Court of Auditors since 1988 and is presently responsible for the Court's finances and its buildings policy. He was previously at the UK National Audit Office.

Vicky Bainbridge is CIPFA Europe Group Membership Secretary. She has been a member of CIPFA since 1991 and is also a Certified Internal Auditor. She is a self-employed consultant based in Germany and has worked across the public, private and not for profit sectors. She has wide experience in consultancy practice, internal and external audit, financial analysis, systems implementation and project management. This has included setting up new operations and systems, Sarbanes-Oxley Act projects and training and seminars on subjects including systems implementations, corporate governance and risk management.

Hilary has a background in local government finance. Based in the UK, but with a strong interest in Europe, Hilary took up the post of website administrator when the vacancy was advertised on the CIPFA volunteers website page and has enjoyed meeting new people and learning new skills.
