PrintLocal Areas
To provide focus and services to each local area, the CIPFA in the Midlands Regional Council is supported by four local Area Executives: Northern; Southern; Western; and South-East.
Area Executives arrange afternoon and evening lecture events and meetings, represent members' views, stage Sixth Form Management Games, build links with other professional bodies and promote the Institute in their locality. We're always interested in hearing from members and students who might like to join the Executive in their area. Area Events are organised on a local basis to secure provision in each area. However, members are welcome to travel across areas (or Regions) to access events appropriate for their development.
