Like learning to drive - a message from Simon Bentley, President
"During my last year as Chair of the Midlands Students' Society I have often asked myself (and others) how the Society can best serve the students of the region. Presentation of Certificates to Successful Students
At the Midlands Regional AGM in April 2007, Caroline Gardner, the National President, presented certificates to newly qualified members of the Institute. Caroline is in the centre of the picture.
The Region is keen to promote the recognition and welcoming of new members and newly-qualifieds as a key part of the AGM afternoon.
The Midlands Regional Council passes its congratulations to everyone who received a certificate, and wishes them all the best for their future careers.

Get Involved with CIPFA locally
There are lots of opportunities for students to become actively involved in the Region's work and activities. It's a great way to learn more, widen your experience, and develop your network of contacts. Read more....
National Student Forum
The National Student Forum (NSF) was formed to create a link between students and CIPFA at the strategic level. Each region is represented by one or two students or newly qualified accountants. The NSF representatives feed students' views to CIPFA and give input to decisions about Education and Training. For more details, and to see who your local representatives are, click here.
