Some well-thumbed copies of Public Finance Pre-seen material is available for three CIPFA modules – GPP at diploma level and for both exams at FTPC.

The expectation of what you are supposed to do with it varies slightly, but as a minimum you need to start reading around the subjects therein, and having a think about what you might ask if you were the examiner.

And yes, it’s time to break the cellophane on all those copies of Public Finance.
