Finance Transformation is a project portfolio of financial system and business change implementations. Projects include implementation of new methods of payment for benefit customers, introduction of new integrated financial systems for benefit expenditure and overall co-ordination of the Department of Social Development (including its Agencies) to the Account NI shared service centre solution.

She manages the Comptroller function within the NIAO and also works on audit policy and advice.

The department provides Cleansing, Waste Management, Building Control and Environmental Health services. Mark's main role is to provide advice and support to the Director of Health and Environmental Services on Finance and Human Resources matters as well as to co-ordinate the provision of business support services across the department.

His previous employment history was 25 years in the Health Service, 5/6 years as Finance Director in the Construction Industry in Scotland.
