Finance Transformation is a project portfolio of financial system and business change implementations. Projects include implementation of new methods of payment for benefit customers, introduction of new integrated financial systems for benefit expenditure and overall co-ordination of the Department of Social Development (including its Agencies) to the Account NI shared service centre solution.

The department provides Cleansing, Waste Management, Building Control and Environmental Health services. Mark's main role is to provide advice and support to the Director of Health and Environmental Services on Finance and Human Resources matters as well as to co-ordinate the provision of business support services across the department.

He has extensive knowledge of the NI Civil Service, having previously worked in the Department of the Environment and Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment as well as having undertaken consulting assignments for the majority of the NI Government Departments.
