Michele has recently been appointed Finance Transformation Manager for the Social Security Agency. Finance Transformation is a project portfolio of financial system and business change implementations.

Projects include implementation of new methods of payment for benefit customers, introduction of new integrated financial systems for benefit expenditure and overall co-ordination of the Department of Social Development (including its Agencies) to the Account NI shared service centre solution.
