Student IPDS Event - 11 September - Queens Hotel, Perth
The CIPFA qualification has a strong emphasis on the practical skills acquired through workplace learning, and prior to qualification students must produce an IPDS portfolio to be submitted and approved. This event will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions and find out what the assessors are really looking for. If you have particular areas you would like to cover at this session please contact kshepperson@audit-scotland.gov.uk, we are keen to tailor the day to meet student needs.  The seminar will be delivered by Paul McMenamin, an IPDS assessor for CIPFA.

Dates and venue confirmed for the Development Weekend
When: 30th & 31st October 2008
Where: Macdonald Inchyra Grange, Falkirk

CIPFA Mentoring Scheme Relaunch

This involved training of CIPFA members as mentors, assigning these trained mentors to partners and facilitating a process whereby the mentor can advise, guide and support the partner in their professional career and personal development.
