Driving Business Transformation
With a potential £90 billion hole in the public finances, public bodies need to explore radical new ways of delivering services, sharing assets and reducing costs. After the next general election there will be even greater pressure to deliver, “more and better, for significantly less”. Business transformation is an imperative not an option - new structures, new ways of working and greater use of technology must all be exploited and harnessed. This seminar considered ways of driving and implementing radical business transformation.
