CIPFA Bristol
CIPFA Bristol would like to put on a number of further events over the course of the year. These events will be designed to appeal to members and students alike, and will all be completely free to attend.
All of our events are all held in or around central Bristol. We will advertise each event on this website and via e-mail as we organise it.
However, we have a bit of a shortage of volunteers in the city at the moment, so are looking for members and students to help us out. You don't have to commit huge amounts of time, so if you'd like to get involved then please e-mail us.

Got an idea?
We set out here our ideas for events for the rest of the year.
We'll try to organise all of the events here, but there aren't many of us and we're all volunteers - so, as we've already said, if you'd like to help out we'd love to hear from you.

Our high impact, low cost events focus on specific policy, technical or personal development issues and are open to all members and students. They take the form of whole or half day events or shorter evening sessions, depending on the topic.
Our management seminars address specific management and personal development topics. They take the form of short breakfast seminars and are led by experienced trainers. We may make a small charge for these sessions, which are designed to appeal to all members and students.
Our skills workshops are designed to appeal in particular to students and newly qualified members. Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of professional skills, such as time management, project management or coaching, allowing participants to share their own experiences and to learn from each other.
If you have any suggestions for events that you would particularly like us to organise, or if you would like to help to organise one of our events (either directly or by providing a speaker, a venue or some sponsorship), then please feel free to get in touch.
