CIPFA in Yorkshire and the Humber were given the award for the Events Programme of the Year at the recent Conference for the Regions in Plymouth. Sarah Howard - Chair of the Yorkshire & Humber Region, received the award from CIPFA President, Caroline Mawhood.

The two new regions of CIPFA in the North East and CIPFA in Yorkshire and the Humber came into existence from 1st January 2008, giving members in the former CIPFA North Eastern Region two new regions - one new choice.
About Us
Our area stretches from the River Tees in the north to Chesterfield in the south and from the Pennines in the west to the North Sea in the east. CIPFA in Yorkshire and the Humber has in excess of 920 Members and Students who are employed in organisations throughout the public services and private sector.
