Booking Confirmation Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. CIPFA in Scotland will send you postal confirmation of your booking and it is the responsibility of delegates to ensure they have received confirmation. Please take a few minutes to check the confirmation and contact us if you have any queries. In the unlikely event of non-receipt of confirmation, this will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation or non-payment. Payment If sending payment prior to the event, please state if you require a VAT receipt. Cheques should be made payable to CIPFA and sent to the office address stated below. Invoice Requests Please note that invoices will be sent after the conference if payment has not already been received. Please ensure that you adhere to the payment terms as stated on the invoice. Cancellation If a delegate is unable to attend or wishes to cancel any accommodation, please notify the CIPFA in Scotland office by email (bookings.scotland@cipfa.org). If this notification is received more than 30 days before the event, a full refund will be offered. Thereafter the full delegate fee and any accommodation charges will apply.
