A structured Health Check for Asset Management, which draws on the latest guidance, links to finance, audit and inspection approaches and our own nationally recognised expertise.

The Health Check consists of 2 to 3 days on site, examining systems and procedures and interviewing key staff, elected members and/or other stakeholders to ensure that Asset Management is properly rooted within the Organisation.

A Status Health Check Report is then produced using a standard format, highlighting areas of strength and weakness with an optional presentation of the findings to key staff and members.
