CIPFA Property's AssetManager.NET is a fully web enabled asset management software solution for the Public Sector. It runs across the Internet, as well as/ or over the organisation's intranet.

This greatly widens the scope of potential users at remote sites, providing convenient access to service points and the organisation's partners or contractors.

In developing the various platforms we have also ensured that the software is e-Government compliant and therefore has been eligible for IEG funding.

The unique central core of common information that feeds all the attached modules of the software ensures that new modules can be developed and added to the software without any drop in functionality.

The software has been designed to enable export of information to other systems easily. Modules contain data export facilities to text, CSV or XML files, which in turn can be read into MS Office applications or be used for import to other systems.
