The help-line offers advice and support on:

- Examination and case study preparation
- Examination deadlines & registration
- Help with the student learning centre
- Initial Professional Development Scheme (IPDS)
- Exemptions
The helpline is available during normal office hours Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and 2 consecutive weeks that include the Christmas and New Year festive holidays.
All callers will receive a response within 24 hours except for calls on Friday and the day before bank holiday, where responses will be given before the end of the next working day. Full support will be provided within 5 working days.
Please have your student contact number available, as you will be asked for this before you query will be answered.
