Portfolio contents

In order to ensure that you have completed all the IPDS requirements, a checklist is given below of what your portfolio must contain.

• Title page giving your name and CIPFA candidate number
  
  
• If you are an AAT student and exempt 200 days of the log of workplace experience, please include a copy of your letter from CIPFA confirming your registration
  
  
• A log of workplace experience undertaken over the training period. This should be presented on the forms provided and should record details of your 400 days of validated workplace experience
  
  
• Planning, application, evidence, reflection and manager's comments on your three Professional level activities, chosen from Appendix A:
  
  • Activity 1
  • Activity 2
  • Activity 3
    
    
• Planning, application, evidence, reflection and manager's comments on the three Final Test of Professional Competence learning activities:
  • Oral presentation
  • Iterative process
  • Planning and managing a long term process
    
    
• A final and general reflection on your learning experiences during your training period
  
  
• Summary of future learning goals drawn from your overall reflection
