Where should the evidence come from?
A lot of the evidence will be generated directly from the activity itself, as outputs. Where this activity has been undertaken in the workplace, the evidence will be work based.
Or you may be undertaking activities outside of work that can also be sources of evidence. For example, you may have to give a presentation as part of your college studies; this could be a source of evidence.Alternatively you may be a governor for a local school and the work you undertake in this role may also provide you with a source of evidence.
