Students studying for The Final Test of Professional Competence

All the CIPFA taught modules were updated in preparation for the launch of the Student Learning Centre. In addition, the Final Test of Professional Competence is currently being reviewed in its entirety, as part of our regular quality assurance processes. 

The Strategic Business Management module will not, in this iteration, have the same level of interactivity as the Professional Level modules. It will look just like the other modules and has been repurposed to present the highly relevant content in a way that makes reading from a screen very learner-friendly.

The Finance and Management Case Study will remain in hardcopy for the time being.

The review of the Final Test is due for completion in Summer 2008 and until then we cannot comment on the extent of, if any, changes.  Don’t worry, there will be plenty of notice and advice given regarding the outcomes of the review and it will not affect the June 2008 exam sitting.
