The Accounting Standards Board set accounting standards. The site gives details

AAT - www.aat.co.uk
The AAT is the professional body for Accounting Technicians; in 2000, more
than of 50% of CIPFA students studied with the AAT. As well as basic information,
this site provides discussion forums for students to help with each other's
technical queries or request studying partners.

The CIPFA Education and Training Centres, based in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh Bristol and Cardiff have their own dedicated site which outlines course dates and fees and offers help and support with your studies.
