The Association of Accounting Technicians qualification provides an excellent starting point to a career in accountancy. But it needn’t stop there. How to get started

The steps for getting started are:

Talk to an Education Adviser, they can advise you on exemptions, registration, study methods, the Student Learning Centre and more.
Register as a CIPFA student. Registration includes exam entry and is done through the Student Learning Centre.
Enrol with a course provider if you wish to take added-value courses.
