The CIPFA Education and Training scheme is not just about academic learning: an integral part of your learning and development is practical training and experience in the workplace. The newly qualified CPFA is expected to be able to demonstrate the sound application of a range of techniques in a variety of contexts, to make sound judgments and to take responsibility for his or her own work.
