Browser Requirements
The CIPFA website is best viewed in Internet Explorer Version 6 or above which can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft website or Netscape 7 or above, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Netscape website. It is also viewable in Safari and Firefox browsers. See the accessibility page for further information about browser requirements.
Downloading Files
Adobe® PDF
Some content on the CIPFA site is only available to view by downloading Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. To view or print PDFs you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you don't have it installed, you can download it free from the Adobe Website.
Microsoft Word
Some content is also provided in downloadable Microsoft Word documents. These documents are created using Microsoft Word 2000 on a Windows platform. Every effort has been made to provide an equivalent PDF for those users who cannot download Word documents.
